THE PARAGRAPHS

PARAGRAPH 1: Our dog likes hunting.Someone opens the back door for her and she moves into the yard.She runs back and forth across the grass in bliss.Her nose scans the wet grass for odours.These are odours of cats,rabbits and other creatures which are not recognizable for human detection.She sniffles and twins her tail in fast circles.It twists clockwise chiefly and then it twists counterclockwise.These two actions always occur at the same time.They are sniffling and twisting.They seem to drive her along.

PARAGRAPH 2: The Government Printing Office in Washington D.C. is a resource of much advantageous information.Many people don't know about it.It is the official publishing house for the federal government.The GPO publishes booklets and books on a huge number of topics.These topics extend from the dangers of X-rays from home TV sets to the identification of mushrooms.Nearly 27,000 pamphlets are offered through the Superintendent of Documents and few of them are expensive.There is no charge at all for some of them.

PARAGRAPH 3: A man whose name was John Jacob Astor acquired America's first chance.He was a German immigrant.He made his first money trading Indian furs.He was lowborn and he wasn't educated.Astor never learned to speak English properly.He went on doing hic career to end in an accent.The accent was reminiscent of the Hamburg slums.
